For listers, Using technology, being Relocation Certified and working with several relocation companies along with networking with other realtors is a big part of selling a home. Being a full time realtor helps set the stage for communicating with more realtors from a variety of companies. I am the past Superstition Mountain Chapter President of the Women's Council of Realtors and interact with local realtors as well as referring and getting referrals from out of state realtors.
